I specialize in helping individuals who are perhaps caught in a tangle of inertia and/ or choices; Struggle to get started on goals even when they’re excited about the outcome; Experience routine fleeting pleasures; Yearn for more meaningful interactions in their lives. Despite feeling these ways, they haven’t found the momentum to act, yet. They may be at a transitional life stage, reevaluating priorities, and/ or balancing personal goals with responsibilities. I primarily use Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy. I believe fundamentally that it is not situations themselves that disturb an individual, but rather their thoughts and beliefs about a given situation. What I offer is a space where you can strive to overcome unproductive patterns of behaviour and/ or thought and live an authentic and worthwhile life. Many feel trapped by habits or circumstances, they want to feel more in control of their time, energy, and direction. Life certainly has a way of pulling one off course.
